Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what information Plumbdawg Design collects through plumbdawgdesign.com and our booking page at book.plumbdawgdesign.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us and a small amount of anonymous usage data:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Project questionnaire: your name, company, email, phone number, facility address, facility size, floors, room counts, design timeline, and details about your water, nutrients and equipment.
  • Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add. If you book right after the questionnaire, your name, email and company are filled in for you from what you just entered.
  • Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated information such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, your country, and your device and browser type. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and talk with you about your project.
  • To review your questionnaire before a call and prepare a design proposal.
  • To schedule calls and send booking confirmations, reminders and video-call links.
  • To keep records of our conversations and projects.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes your information

Our website, booking system, analytics and internal lead records run on a server we manage through our hosting provider. We also use Google Workspace for email, calendar invitations and Google Meet video calls, so form submissions and bookings are delivered to us by email and booked calls appear on our Google Calendar. These providers process information on our behalf to run these services.

Facility information you send us is kept confidential and is used only to discuss and prepare your project. We may share project details with installers or suppliers working on your project, only with your agreement.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics tool works without cookies. The website and booking calendar may use small functional cookies or browser storage needed to work properly. For example, after you submit the questionnaire, your name, email and company are kept in your browser tab only (not sent anywhere else) so the calendar can be pre-filled; this is cleared when you book or close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep messages, questionnaires and booking records for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@plumbdawgdesign.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law; we will honor requests as required.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website and booking page and limit access to the information you send us. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
