These terms apply to your use of plumbdawgdesign.com and our booking page at book.plumbdawgdesign.com (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About the site
The site describes Plumbdawg Design's irrigation and fertigation design, procurement, installation and consulting services, and lets you contact us, submit a project questionnaire and book calls. Information on the site is general and is not a quote, a design or professional advice for your facility.
Our services
Any design, procurement, installation or consulting work is provided under a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work.
Drawings are not engineered drawings. Plumbdawg Design produces process piping drawings for layout and planning. They are not engineered or stamped drawings. Any engineering certification, stamps or compliance reviews required by local authorities must be obtained separately from a licensed professional engineer.
Calls and bookings
Intro calls and project review calls are free conversations with no obligation on either side. You can cancel or reschedule using the links in your confirmation email. Please give us accurate contact and project information so we can prepare; we may cancel or reschedule a call if needed and will let you know.
What you send us
You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to review your project, communicate with you and prepare a proposal. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photos, drawings, logos and other content on the site belong to Plumbdawg Design or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or republish its content, including drawings and photos, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information, or using automated tools to collect its content.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as Instagram, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plumbdawg Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This does not limit any rights you have under a separate agreement with us or under laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
